Some people don't see (or don't care to see) that the Supreme Court make-up will hang in a dangerous and even probably-fatal balance during Obama's last two years in office if the bastard gains control of the executive AND legislative branches in November.

They will not gain control of the house, so they won't gain control of the legislative branch. As for the Senate, there is little difference whether RINOS control it, or Democrats.

And Obama's judges are being confirmed with Republican votes right now. You expect that to change? A Republican Senate will still confirm Obama's judges, and that is the problem we are trying to fix.
