This is a further opportunity for Putin to continue his challenge to the Chechens.

After all-they are pretty much the same tribe of wild animals Vlad has been dealing with for decades.

I think the Russians will bring a ‘new dimension’ to the effort to eradicate these animals.

You might also be surprised that Lukoil is involved in developing energy fields with Israel. The company is called Lukoil Israel. Israeli and Russian billionaires work closely with each other, develop partnerships and provide energy that customers need.
