Eric Holder's Destructive Racial Legacy
Radix News ^ | September 26, 2014 | David Limbaugh

Posted on 09/25/2014 9:10:34 PM PDT by Abakumov

During their tenure, both Holder and Obama have also used the Justice Department as a vehicle to promote racial grievances, and they’ve made no secret of their obsession. It’s hard to miss that they both view the United States justice system as deeply tainted by institutional racism.

They would have us believe that the system routinely and habitually discriminates against blacks and that law enforcement officials throughout the nation target blacks across the board, from traffic stops to drug charges to criminal assault and other violent crimes.

Hence, expect a Hispanic nominee, perhaps an undocumented “guest”, for Attorney General.

Wonder if Holder is headed for the Supreme Court before the Senate changes hands? Have to convince someone to step down though. Or help them.

David Limbaugh got it wrong. Their concepts of racial inequality had nothing to do with it. It was politically necessary to promote racial division and like good international socialists they promoted it.

All this inflamatory reporting of confrontations between black youths and authority was ruthlessly designed to keeping the black segment of Obama’s political support riled up so that any thought of instituting a richly deserved impeachment proceeding goes nowhere.

This regime and its supporters didn’t give a damm if some poor black women or anyone else used all their resources to set up a business in those communities only to have it destroyed through blacks rioting resulting from what democrats created through their propaganda. Such blacks are viewed as eggs that must be broken to make their omlet.

That includes the whites,”hispanics” (note quotes) and asians. They are the other victims who have been maimed, assulted, and murdered by blacks citing those Florida manufactured episodes as their excuse for retribution.

This POTUS (president of the United States) signaled the clever direction to take through his use of “The Bully Pulpit”. And continues to relied on the constitutional office of The US Attorney General to conduct activities and investigations which promote division rather than supress it. Two examples of this used in the Florida case were Holder’s support of the Black Panther’s protest activity and the reward for the demise of the alledged murderer George Zimmerman of the “child”, Treyvon Martin. Which got a wink and a nod

With Ferguson beside sending in 40 DoJ prosecuters which remain to be seen what they come up with. (The Washington Post sent in 4 reporters to work over officer Wilson). Holder demanded witholding the devastating release of the video showing the “victim”was a 6 foot 4 inch 295 pound Michael Brown assulting a dimunitive asian store clerk, who was being portrayed as a just turned 18 year old black”kid” innocently walking home to grandma’s house shot in the back by a white police officer, Wilson, just because Brown was black.

That video was released according to press reports by the police chief of Ferguson responding to FOIA (freedom of information act) requests. But had that video been released earlier there was a decent chance there might have not been 4 days of rioting looting, and destruction of property.

The POTUS has yet to acknowledge and decry those other results, of killings and assults by blacks of whites, “hispanics”, and asians, in retribution for what a “white” hispanic did to a black kid.. Let alone be urged to do so by “news” members of the democrat propaganda army known as the media. They have yet to suffer as their victims the same or any conseqences. They like him are being held unaccountable . It’s time both are. .

My theory is that He will be nominated and objection to his appointment will be used to gin up the black vote.
And if it doesn't help the rats keep the senate Harry Reid will launch the nuclear option before the next senate.

The Obama era has set back race relations in the US at least fifty years - in no small part due to Holder.

I don't think so. Obama, with the loss of Holder, will be in full bunker mode. A malignant narcissist percieving himself under attack will coccoon himself with those in whose company he feels most secure. In Obama's case, that's folks that remind him of his mythologized mother and Pop, Frank Davis. Jarrett's already got the Mom roll. Holder was his closest surrogate for FMD since leaving Jeremiah Wright in Chicago. His personal choice will be another radical race obsessed black commie Chitown thug. Politics may drive others to force a different choice on him. Whoever it is will be another step towards doom.

ERIC HOLDER'S CAREER: Scandals, activism and race politics

Eric Holder is the fourth-longest-serving attorney general in U.S. history and has attracted more than his share of scandal.

1995 – Holder told the Woman's National Democratic Club that the DOJ would soon launch a public campaign to 'really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way ... in the way in which we changed our attitudes about cigarettes.'

January 2001 – As deputy attorney general, Holder interceded with President Clinton and advised him to pardon Marc Rich, a substantial campaign donor and 20-year fugitive, in a tax-evasion and racketeering case. Clinton granted the pardon during his final hours in office.

Eric Holder also pushed and got from Clinton a controversial presidential pardon for 16 members of violent Puerto Rican nationalist organizations. Holder, as deputy attorney general, pressed subordinates to drop objections to clemency for a group of terrorists convicted of numerous heinous crimes. Overall, they had been linked by the FBI to more than 130 bombings, several armed robberies, six slayings and hundreds of injuries.

February 2009 – Holder was confirmed as attorney general by a 75-21 margin in the U.S Senate and became America's first black attorney general.

February 2009 – A newly minted AG Holder said during a speech marking Black History Month that the U.S. was 'essentially a nation of cowards' on race-relations. He said in January 2014 that 'I would not take that back.

May 2009 – Holder stunned legal watchers by decided to try a terror-bombing suspect in civilian courts instead of giving him a military tribunal at the Guantanamo Bay detention complex. Ahmed Ghailani, indicted for the 1998 bombings of two U.S. embassies which killed 12 Americans and 212 others, became the first Guantanamo prisoner brought to U.S. soil for a trial.

November 2009 – Following an Islamist Army doctor's jihad-related mass shooting at Fort Hood in Texas, Holder's DOJ classified the casualties as the result of 'workplace violence' instead of opening a terrorism case.

April 2010 – Holder personally OK'ed search warrants demanding the secret collection of emails belonging to Fox News Channel reporter James Rosen. The DOJ wanted to track the source of a national security leak without Rosen being aware he was being surveilled.

May 2011 – Holder testified under oath during a congressional hearing that he hadn't heard about the failed 'gunwalking' program Operation Fast and Furious until one month earlier. A memo later surfaced from 2010 showing that Holder had been briefed on the program, which lost track of nearly 2,000 guns that killed hundreds including an American border patrol agent.

June 2012 – Congress voted to hold Holder in contempt, an unprecedented move, for refusing to turn over the Fast and Furious documents that a Republican-led committee had subpoenaed.

November 2013 – a Texas Republican congressman filed Articles of Impeachment against Holder but only attracted 26 cosponsors for the bill.

March 2014 – Holder declined Republicans' demands to appoint an independent Special Prosecutor to probe allegations that IRS officials politically targeted conservative groups with intrusive investigations. Instead he endorsed the work of a DOJ lawyer who was an Obama campaign donor.

They would have us believe that the system routinely and habitually discriminates against blacks . . . .

One of the common accusations that I recall is that there are scores and scores of blacks on prison death rolls but relatively few whites.

If some states' names are spelled funny it's because I did not clearly define footnote references.

I believe I copied data from the reference correctly.
