Stopped reading after the improper tense - these people pontificate on all our - i.e. Americans - shortcomings, sins and our intrinsic evils - yet they can't even parse an irregular verb in the English language.

I hope Holder is put forth as a nominee for the Supreme Court. If there's anyone on the Senate Judiciary Committee with any balls, he'd have to answer some hard questions - questions he has dodged heretofore.

Wow. I couldn't finish the article. It's just a White House press release, dressed up as "a White House source told me," as if getting their lame litany of excuses is some kind of inside scoop.

Reading between the lines, Holder has become a huge political liability in an already-disastrous year. There are only two reasons why anybody leaves in the middle of an administration—either you can't wait to escape from them, or they can't wait to get rid of you.

Only three Republicans voted against Ginsburg, even though she had an extremely liberal record as a judge, had been chief legal counsel for the ACLU, and refused to answer many questions at her confirmation hearings. Interesting the Ginsburg nomination came after the brutal Bork and Thomas confirmation hearings where the Democrats gleefully used every scorched earth tactic to keep a conservative off the court. The Republicans let Ginsburg fly through the confirmation process.

I suspect Obama would love to nominate Holder just to see the RINO’s squirm and eventually cave.
