n one of his first public appearances of the 2014 campaign, former Gov. Jeb Bush of Florida had a vivid preview Wednesday of the challenges he would face with his partys conservative base should he seek the Republican nomination for president in 2016.
Standing alongside Thom Tillis, the North Carolina House speaker and Republican Senate candidate, Mr. Bush outlined his views on two of the issues he cares most passionately about: immigration policy and education standards. But as Mr. Bush made the case for an immigration overhaul and the Common Core standards, Mr. Tillis gently put distance between himself and his guest of honor, who had flown here from Florida on a dreary day to offer his endorsement in a race that could decide which party controls the Senate.

Lol...eb Bush.
Ebb Bush ~ I like that ;-)
Stay out da bushes.
Immigration and Common Core are pretty sore topics among conservatives this year, maybe close to hanging offenses.
So maybe Jeb is the stupidest Bush yet.
One thing for sure, there will be a bunch of Rino’s ascending from the slough, so many perhaps any conservative will be ignored by the MSM, or at the most they will be marginalized as obstructionist.
The GOPe has a plan, hopefully November will put a kink in there plan, but it will get ever harder if conservatives begin supporting Rino’s, because it’s the right thing to do, as they say. Been there done that, it has always proven to be the wrong thing to do, of course the argument will be as always, “it’s different this time”... no it is not, one Rino is equal to one democrat, just a bit more deceptive.
Eb from Green Acres would make a better President.
LOLOL!! I agree.
I was thinking ebb....as in go out to sea.
and stay away
Another 8 years of Libs and Progs screaming “It’s Bush’s fault”?? No thanks.
If we’re going to give them someone to scream about, how about we give them someone who will undo all of their bastardizations of US Law and the Consitution?
I can’t wait to here ‘It’s Palin’s fault’, to which I’ll respond, ‘and Thank God for that!!’.
Pat Buttram, who played Mr. Haney, actually wrote speeches for Ronald Reagan.
Amen ;-)
Ut oh....not such a good idea for ebb’s campaign manager ;-)
I'm writing-in the Monroe Brothers.
LOL!
Mary Grace Canfield (Ralph Monroe) passed away in February.
Leaving Tom Lester (Eb) the last surviving Green Acres cast member.
