No one should think that things will get better for America with this move.

Someone worse will be appointed, and Holder will go somewhere where he can do even more damage.

Could be... he is “only” in contempt of the House; SCOTUS is the purview of the Sinate.

Exactly. Must be nominated and confirmed by the Senate before the new senators take office in january - just in case the majority flips.

I went from joy to dread in the time it took me to read your post.

God help us all if that becomes reality.

I heard he'd been hired to replace Mugabe in Zimbabwe.

From your lips. And the ball-less Senate will confirm him.

Nope. Book deal and rubber chicken public speaking circuit. He will rake in millions. He he has to bail now because he will get much bigger bribes for that “work” with the kenyan still in the WH.

Another good reason why we need to win back the Senate.

Coupled with Ginsburg comments, I would not bet against this.

Ginsberg out; Holder in

Good call. Hate to think it though. Makes winning the Senate even more important.

Too old at 63 to appoint. Dems are smarter than that, they'll prefer a radical in their early 50's
