Unfortunately, that really is the only slim chance we have of blocking anyone that Obama nominates this year, and I don't think that any Democrat Senators will be too worried about a 2014 confirmation vote being an issue in their 2016 re-election campaigns.
I agree about the slim chance of blocking anyone. Not sure whether the Dems will vote in a block or not. Given the GOPe traitors—they won’t likely all have to.
