The Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church Katharine Jefferts Schori indicated Tuesday morning that she would not seek re-election at the 2015 General Convention in Salt Lake City. The announcement puts to rest speculation that the first female Presiding Bishop could have also been the first to seek re-election.

she has purposely split the Episcopal Church beyond the point of reconciliation, IMO. By doing so, she has delighted ol’ slew foot beyond measure.
What a train wreck her tenure has been.
Perhaps for its next Presiding Bishop the Episcopal Church could select a Christian.
As a former Episcopalian let me say that the ECUSA is dead to me. They are an apostate church and function as a smug leftwing self-congratulation club rather than the house of God.
Makes sense to me..Her first term would be a tough act to follow..

They are now just Unitarians with fancy vestments, so I don't care very much what they do. Poor saps.

I believe the ECUSA is too far gone. The relative conservative Anglicans are in the ACNA
