(IMHO) Here's one very "corrupt" cop..seems the soldier, refused his "sex advances".
He tried to take her out of the Applebee's, but she did nothing wrong, except
refuse his "advances". He immediately handcuffed her to a chair before going out
to his car to get his Badge/Firearm?/radio? He obliviously knew "the gig" was-up.
Her Army friends, knew what was happening, they caught his "attempted abduction".
If this had gone before the Courts; Whom would they had believed, the Soldier or
the Corrupt cop..they usually protect their own. After the "good/honest" ELO's arrived;
they saw the Video, they immediately uncuffed her. They maybe even
handcuffed
the "Corrupt cop"...he was Dismissed/fired? the next Day.
