So, why did the Agency decide to do this now? Strapped for cash? Maybe they're planning to produce some pro muzzie videos like the National Park Service did and need to get the scratch to pay for them. Or maybe they need the money to pay for some Ma Deuces and Manpads to defend the wildlife.
