These people place the damn things IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. Remember at the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark, when the helpful tribesmen all run at the sight of some sort of totem pole in the jungle? If you see a ghetto-themed memorial site, be equally cautious.
