It is interesting that you know these things to ask about.
Can you make them or an equivalent? We may have to do that especially if this current resurgence of Ebola is purposeful.
What is the function of the things you mention. Someone reading this knows where to get ingredients for a functional substitute ... maybe not perfect but better than nothing.
Post the ingredients if you can.

Hypovolemia, electrolyte imbalance, shock, are just of a few of the purposes for IV fluids. There are recipes for basic 0.9% NaCl or D5W. It has to be sterile and isotonic or slightly hyper or hypotonic to keep from rupturing or damaging organs. When I first began practice we even had a recipe long since forgotten for us to put the salts into distilled water for IV solutions. Fluids are critical in successful treatment of a hemorrhagic disease as hypovolemia and shock are deathly.
