Justice Elena Kagan has officiated for the first time at a same-sex wedding, a Maryland ceremony for her former law clerk and his husband.

Kagan presided on Sunday over the wedding of former clerk Mitchell Reich and Patrick Pearsall in the Washington suburb of Chevy Chase, Maryland.

Supreme Court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said Monday that the same-sex ceremony was the first at which Kagan officiated.

Retired Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg have previously officiated at the wedding of gay and lesbian couples, including at the Supreme Court. Ginsburg most recently performed the wedding of Washington theater director Molly Smith.

But no, they want to force us to stand by as they stick both middle fingers into God’s eyes.
And, our eyes. Yep that is their intention. Angry gay people defiant until the end.

“presided on Sunday over the wedding of former clerk Mitchell Reich and Patrick Pearsall”

So.....how does it work? Does dude 1 take dude 2s last name or does dude 2 take dude 1s last name. Proud to be ignorant on the subject.

Should she recuse herself if the issue of same sex marriage comes up at the Supreme Court then?

She performed the ceremony in Maryland, a state which adopted same-sex marriage by popular vote, so her performing this ceremony doesn't demonstrate any prejudgment of the issue of whether there is a constitutional right to same-sex marriage in states where voters rejected it.

Get a dictionary.

The dictionaries are being revised even as we speak.

merriam-webster.com

mar·riage noun \ˈmer-ij, ˈma-rij\
: the relationship that exists between a husband and a wife
: a similar relationship between people of the same sex
: a ceremony in which two people are married to each other

Shouldn’t Kagan recuse herself when the gay marriages laws reach SCOTUS, proving she cannot have an objective viewpoint on the issue before the court?

Of course, liberals almost never recuse themselves because they believe their viewpoints are the only sensible ones and all others are just morons.

You’re getting your leftist kooks confused ...

Elena Kagan is the Jewish Dyke.

Sonia Sotomayor is the Wise Latina.

They both bow before the altar of Karl Marx.

These stories are no longer newsworthy, but the media run them as a kind of hide-in-plain-sight signal to the rest of the LGBT mafia that they are on the job too.

If you look closely enough, you will see cutesy, otherwise irrelevant references to hobbies and interests. Janet Napolitano, the most obvious lesbian in high office since Quakin’ Shakin’ And Bakin’ Janet Reno, was described as ‘a big fan of softball.’ Wink wink. Nudge Nudge. I believe Kagan has been similarly described.

In a sex-obsessed media world where 5 year olds who don’t understand the first thing about sex are described as ‘transgendered’ and where this or that actor’s rumored gay fling becomes a worldwide headline, the national press are all but silent when it comes to the disproportionate number of gays and lesbians in all levels of federal agencies.

Normal persons are supposed to retrofit entire school buildings and cast 99.9% of the rest of the system into chaos because Timmy wants to be Tammy for a day (or more). Kids who are awaiting adoption and are already prime candidates for depression, anger issues and other mental health maladies, are fodder for gay/lesbian adoption schemes, forced on the populace by the state, in which the kids will be raised in Bizarro World, fallacious claims of ‘loving homes’ notwithstanding.

LGBT is trumpeted in the smallest towns involving the most trivial things and, of course, in most everything produced by Hollywood. But when it comes to elected and appointed government officials i.e. those in charge of policy and law enforcement, the press are conspicuously mute - which is obvious proof of their complicity.
