Disabled young adults. It was never designed for it
I believe that the Societal Contracts, like Medicare,
Should only apply to those who have earned Citizenship
By serving the Country for at least 3 years
Military, CCC, infrastructure work
And must be under command,
Do what you are told to do,
and honorably discharged
Then the social contracts apply.
