We’re gonna need a bigger plane.
PING!
Do they still have airliners that dump out their toilet waste inflight ?
Will the ground crews be wearing triple thick hazmat suits while they service the plane ?
Considering that the human can eject bodily fluids almost 20 feet (sneezing, coughing), how does one keep that far away from the infected, sealed inside a metal tube ?
One posted theory here, was that the government was going to chemtrail Ebola onto the American people.
“The CDC is getting out in front of what could be a problem in the United States”
One just has to laugh at this.

Eeeee-bolllll-aaaaaa ping!
Bring Out Your Dead
I've had it with these M-Fin' body fluids
on this M-Fin' plane!
Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.
The purpose of the Bring Out Your Dead ping list (formerly the Ebola ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the Bring Out Your Dead threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...

The only logical way to protect air travelers, US citizens, and America from the Ebola virus is golf. Fore!
Some airlines use anti-bacterial cleaning agents, while others simply use ordinary cleaning sprays - they're simply pushing the bacteria around without killing it. United is one of those airlines that don't use anti-bacterial spray, and they have flights and aircrews that go to Africa. Something to think about on your next flight.
Considering the time from infestion until symptoms, that cough or sneeze 2-3 weeks ago from another passenger could have been the culprit.
Yet, someone carrying a pair of nail clippers or a granny in a walker get more scrutiny.
Well. Who didn’t see THIS coming?
A foreign substance is injected into the precious bodily fluids without the knowledge of the individual.
Hey CDC. There are no security checkpoints on 90% of our Southern border and we border some of the poorest and worst cases of medical care on the planet. Not too hard for ISIS to book an infected person into Mexico City, get on a bus to Nuevo Laredo, walk five miles outside the city and cross directly over the border unseen and unstopped. Two days and a bus ride later he is coughing up a storm in the faces of millions of New York City commuters.
My allergies have just kicked in this season. Does this mean that mere nasal drip is enough to be kicked off a flight now?
I’d better get an Islamist robe so that I am exempt from such protocol.
Treat all body fluids as though they are infectious,
There’s a Jack T. Ripper joke in there somewhere, but I’m too skeeved out to think of one at the moment.
But there’s nothing to worry about. Just keep importing millions of illegal third world invaders because it’s good for the economy. Obama has it all under control.
Don’t use the airplane toilet.
I would hope that is standard procedure on airlines all the time. You don't need an outbreak of Ebola to have infectious bodily fluids; if someone is vomiting and having diarrhea, I'll assume infectivity unless proven otherwise. Although allergies and food poisoning can cause those symptoms without being infectious, why take any chances?
