Could another country build a case that the multiple deaths along the Messy-can border violate human rights of the poor migrants therefore China or Russia reserves the right to take out military/enforcement assets in an effort to clear their path?

I thought about that as well. Suppose a Mexican cartel captured a Russian tourist or diplomat, and beheaded him. Does that give Russia the right to hit targets in Mexico, and perhaps in the US if any cartel members fled here?

That is the sort of thing that concerns me. Another country wanting to use a trumped up excuse to make a point by running armed drones along our border with Messy-co.

If anyone even thought about such a thing, the U.S. would be up in arms, livid at the prospect that a country could suggest violating our sovereign airspace and international boundary.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
