So, previously the U.S. delivers targeted strikes to ISIS locations in Iraq but that was not terribly effective as ISIS simply crossed back into Syria or most probably Turkey as well.

President has stated we will deliver airstrikes in Syria, has said this almost 2 weeks ago, does anyone really believe ISIS was just in Syria waiting to be bombed?

My guess is no, my guess is that ISIS is not in Syria since the president tells ISIS in the media his plan.

This then begs the question, what exactly got bombed in Syria tonight?
