ISIS urges Muslims to kill civilians in US-led coalition countries

BEIRUT (AP) -- Fighters of the Islamic State militant group are ready to battle a U.S.-led military coalition seeking to destroy it, the group's spokesman said in a new audio recording in which he called on Muslims worldwide to kill civilians of nations that join the fight.

American and French warplanes have carried airstrikes against the group, and U.S. President Barack Obama is working to form a global coalition to confront the group, which controls large parts of Syria and Iraq.

We are told that ISIS / ISIL is well financed by black market oil sales from captured oil fields in Iraq - over $1 mil a day. Are oil fields mobile these days? Why aren't we bombing their oil fields?

I see videos of guided armament hitting pick up trucks, individuals walking, etc. Can we afford to spend perhaps $100k to take out an individual walking - a pick up truck? Supposedly ISIS / ISIL has captured tanks... how about taking out the tanks? ...any artillery pieces? ...any aircraft?
