Well duh!...but federal law says these same students have to be taught in their native language at taxpayer expense in public schools, K-12.

They are at least paying tuition is they go to college and not at the expense of taxpayers.

A sensible alternative for sure. But remember this isn’t a State of Texas issue but
rather a US Congress issue. Until they step up to the plate and put in place a
process to do so we are surrounded by the incoming. Texas at one point in time made
it unlawful to pay for any schooling of illegals. That was wipe out by the SCOTUS in
1982. States have to deal with what the Feds have allowed to happen.
