Texas legislature with only four dissenting votes,....

Appears as if the elected officials placed this into law so maybe the change
needs to be in the makeup of the legislature so as to repeal the law.

I agree with that statement re: change the make up of the legislature.

Perry didn’t wave a magic wand and decree in-state tuition to be. It was a joint effort.

That’s what Perry said. He also answered “no” when asked if the law should be repealed. Unbelievable.
