Perry is dead to me as a candidate for anything.

“Put the blame where it belongs - on the Texas Legislature who passed the damn bill. Not Perry”

That logic has two problems:

1. Did Perry approve it or stand on principle and reject it?

2. Did Perry say he would repeal it or did he say he would defend it?

“the last politician I have seen in recent times that was strong on illegal immigration was Duncan Hunter...and we all know how his campaign worked out.”

I’d say it’s even bleaker than that. The last man we had willing to enforce the law and protect the country was Dwight Eisenhower. Ike appointed his friend General Joe Swing to run the INS and in less than a year they sent 3,000,000 illegals packing.

The current crop of treasonous oafs occupying the GOP will wet their pants if someone merely mentions the name of Ike’s program. Operation Wetback.

Perry's trying desperately to become irrelevant to conservatives ....

And doing a magnificent job of it.

Want a Texan in the WH? Best go with Cong Luis Gohmert (Repub--Tx), a former judge. One of the most astute members of Congress; his circumlocution is brilliant---no one can touch him...

At the recent House Judiciary hearing on immigration, Gohmert nailed Obama appointee to USCIS Leon Rodrigues---a DHS agency: The calculated Rodriguez would not reveal information to Republicans----but was loquacious and diffident when Dems asked him questions.

Cong Gohmert set the trap for the oily Rodriguez who kept bragging he was a former prosecuror. Cong Gohmert's brilliant circumlocution was awesome. He nailed the mealy-mouth Rodrigues to the wall.

CONG GOHMERT: WRT drug cartels paid $6-10,000 to "guide" the hordes over the border---"Would you, as a former prosecutor, call them criminals?," he nonchalantly asked Gonzales.

The smirking Rodrigues stepped headlong into the trap as Cong Gohmert casually hoisted him on his own petard.....making the point that if the hordes were coming here to escape drug cartels, why is it they consort w/ the criminals, and pay the violent breed to get over the border?

===============================================

IS REDRIGUIES FACILITATING MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS BUYING US CITIZENSHIP?: Obama rubber-stamper Leon Rodriguez oversees the legitimization of the border swarm. Moreover, Rodriguez administers EB-5 visas at USCIS (A DHS agency).....said to involve major US national security threats.

===============================================

In an earlier statement----citing a Homeland Security Investigations memo----Sen Charles Grassley said the oversight federal agency ICE identified key vulnerabilities in EB-5 visas:

1) Export of sensitive technology/economic espionage.

2) Use by foreign government agents/espionage.

3) Use by terrorists.

4) Investment fraud by regional center.

5) Investment fraud by investors.

6) Fraud conspiracies by investors and regional center.

7) Illicit finance/money laundering.

==================================================

Rodriquez is the fourth consecutive Cuban-American to hold the UCIS job. The first two, under the George W. Bush administration, were Eduardo Aguirre and Emilio Gonzalez, both born in Cuba. Rodriguez was born to then-recent Cuban emigrants in Brooklyn...a fact unreported by the media.

After serving as an assistant district attorney in Brooklyn (a state, not a federal position), Rodriquez moved to the U.S. attorney's staff in Pittsburgh, winding up as the first assistant there. He also was in private practice, and from 2007 through 2010 he was the County Attorney for Montgomery County, Md., a Democratic stronghold. He held political positions in the Obama Justice and DHHS departments before his current nomination.

According to reporting by Kenric Ward, Washington correspondent for WatchDog.org, Rodriguez' nomination faced Republican opposition for this position, as it did three years earlier when Obama nominated him to be head of the Wage-Hour Administration in the Labor Department, only to withdraw the nomination later.

Rodriguez was a board member of Casa Maryland---a latino-centric advocacy group---pushing for unlimited immigration, and has connections to nationwide immigrant groups.

============================================

The Bank Secrecy Act should be mobilized----to follow the paper trail and determine how USCIS monies changes hands; to determine the scope and dimension of collusion in sub rosa deals and who might be personally profiting.

<><> L/E needs to examine USCIS bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer funds from one account to another, and/or wire-transferred offshore;

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of funds for insiders' personal use and/or for redistribution schemes.

===============================================

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering, TERRORISM, and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act for impairing a state's economic viability.

There should be no Federal law giving education to Illegals.

IF ONLY IT WAS JUST IN-STATE TUITION---ITS WORSE THAN WE THINK: the ignoramusitos are infiltrating the educational system. US history is being scrubbed from curricula.

The WH ding-a-ling's obsession w/ emptying out the Third World into the US is turning US schools into refugeecamps........w/ big plans to inculcate the savage illiterates w/ hate-America, anti-American ideology....IOW reliable Democrat voters.

==================================================

REFERENCE--Subversive Texas Textbooks---distributed nationwide--- vilify conservative groups;

Breitbart Texas | 09/10/2014 | Merrill Hope / FR Posted by Rusty0604

In 2006, uber-liberal "Texas Rising" stated its mission: "developing an emerging generation of social justice-minded, informed and engaged leaders is essential to the long-term health of our communities and the development of progressive public policy in Texas."

...a sneak peak at the preliminary Social Studies textbook found including distortions, omissions and half- truths all passing for accurate high school US history...

And there's this gem: "The radical right consists of groups that sometimes gather under the flag of militant anticommunism. Often known as reactionaries, they denounce most forms of government regulation, including progressive taxation and restrictions and industry.Examples of political groups on the radical right are the John Birch Society, the National States & Rights party, The Christian Crusade, and the Tea Party movement."

Strangely enough, these cream puff radicals who abhor police power would not hesitate to use government police power to enforce the changes they desire.

=============================================

THIRD WORLD INFILTRATION College Board exams changed history answers... revisionist historians developed different answers to the question of what America’s story is about. From their perspective, at the heart of our country’s history—like the history of any other powerful nation—lies the pursuit of empire, of dominion over others. At its core, say the revisionists, America’s history is about our capacity for self-delusion, our endless attempts to justify raw power grabs with pretty fairy-tales about democracy. ....

NOTE WELL: This terrifying Third World revisionism is straight out of Third World textbooks---emphasizing the T/W effort to undermine US ntl security for the coming armed takeover.

The conniving T/W uses an ancient formula going back to Greco-Roman times---where savages, barbarians and thieves overrun a bountiful country lusting after its power and riches.

REFERENCE Some 10 years back, Texas schools started used Mexican textbooks for their backward illiterate Spanish-speaking students. Textbooks advocated the Mexican perspective including:

<><> anti-white, anti-capitalist anti-USA viewpoints;

<><> Mexican textbooks falsified US history,

<><> proselytized blood-thirsty La Raza savagery;

<><> using teaching as brainwashing;

<><> inculcating violent separatist, latino supremacy idealogy.

==============================================

REALITY CHECK A primetime network news segment focused on an "impoverished" latino mother who paid big bucks to get her son coached to take the College Boards---but he was so stupid, he still couldn't pass them. So the C/B summarily "changed" the tests so that Pedro could pass using subversive Third World hate-filled US history.

At that time, the majority of Texans were for the bill.

There are many kids who were brought over by illegal parents and had no course but to live their lives here. Many Texans have kids who go to school with those in that scenario.
Those kids grew up together and they in their minds as well as others were American.

Perry represents Texans and if the majority were for it, then he was going to sign it.

The Bill was designed to help kids who were brought over when they were young by their parents and had been attending schools in Texas most of their lives.

There are not a huge amount of immigrant kids who were brought over by their parents who take advantage of the in state tuition because they usually cannot afford it or have the grades to qualify.

We are talking about 50-60K students over a period of about the last 20 years and they do pay their “reduced” tuition.

People who say the law invites illegals to come over the border do not understand what the bill requires.

The Federal Government is the one responsible for the illegals coming over for not securing the border which is its constitutional duty. Texas is just dealing with the problems we are dealt thanks to the Fed Gov.

Texas was sued for not educating the illegals and lost in a court of law. At that point Texas and all other states were forced to provide education to the illegals even though the Federal Government did nothing to stop the flow.

Perry will represent the tax payers and what they want which is what he is suppose to do. Representation of Taxation.

If the majority of Texans start telling their reps in the Texas Legislature they are not fond of the law any longer and cause a stir, then the Legistlature may repeal it.

And if that were to happen, Perry would sign the law repealing it.

Leadership is acting on what is best for the state and country, not just going along with the crowd.

Giving people who have no right to be here preference over Americans has given all non-Americans outside the country the encouragement to break our laws to get here, leaving us in the current state.

Perry was wrong then, and is wrong now to assist lawbreakers and we see the wave of illegals coming across now as the consequence for his actions.

Pat McCrory (R- NC)is the only governor who pushed back against freebies for illegals since the start of 2013. Part of the reason why his buddy Tillis will lose when he vetoed the Everify bill.

He is the moderate RINO dark horse. Big spending moderate who says sensible things on amnesty. The same way Romney beat Gingrich and Perry for their political suicide on the issue.

I don’t think Perry or Jindal can win. Cruz and Vitter are more conservative.

I don’t think they will emerge from the shadow of a bigger statewide Republican.

I don’t understand the support for Perry and hate for Pat Roberts.

Roberts and Milton Wolf had a fair fight.

Perry calls opponents heartless.
