Survey based on WHAT?
Magnetic line of the earth?
It's a well known FACT that magnetic lines CHANGE EVERY YEAR !
Haven't you heard of Airport's Runway Numbers being changed ?
Do you thing they "moved the runway" ?
HOW MUCH MOVEMENT OF THE EARTH'S SURFACE HAPPENS OVER A PERIOD OF 30 YEARS?
THEN CONSIDER THE MOVEMENT OF THE CONTINENTAL PLATES ADDED TO THAT ?

New surveys ?
No !
New surveys only LEAD TO CONFUSION !

Can't you remember what God taught you ?

WHOA,BACK,THERE, BUCKAROO!! In the U.S. (for the most part) surveys are based on distances measured from "baselines" and "meridians", which are established on lines of latitude and longitude, which are NOT measured as magnetic bearings, but true N,S,E,W bearings, which do not change unless the rotation of the earth changes.

Runway numbers are repainted immediately as needed, but the needed frequency varies drastically depending on location.

No point on the earth's surface (other than glaciers and unstable slopes, major active faults, etc.) move apprecialy over a 30 year span.

New surveys only LEAD TO CONFUSION !

Try that one on a Judge.

And finally, can you give an example of a piece of private property that spans two "continental plates"?

Dial it back (or maybe sober up?)
