Military are designed for one thing only - kill the enemy. They can be very effective at that, or cordoning areas off if you watch the movies, but they are not trained for this type work. Obozo hates the military. My AF retirement was signed by Clinton and will never grace my wall. My upcoming DOD civilian retirement gave me a choice of any living president so I requested Bush sign it. Too bad the Gipper ain’t around...Hell, I’d even go for Ollie North.
Then how do you explain that the Army is also expert in disease research, cures, and helping in disease and emergencies, and maintains a strong international presence in WHO operations and medical research, and receives much assistance from the Navy in it's global medical operations in infectious diseases?
