You don’t pay if your NOT GUILTY.
Parking tickets do not warrant a court appearance.
Driving infractions do.
You can lose your license for both if you ignore it.
I’m telling All of Freeper Nation to plea NOT Guilty on simple infractions in court. You will either pay, go to school, or walk off with a dismissal.
75% will walk. People that are not guilty will tell that to the Judge. It takes a little moxy to tell a Judge your not guilty but it will surprise you as to how low you are on their radar screen.
