Can you please tell me how exactly to use the oil of oregano? I have some but don’don’t know of its uses other than as a decongestant when mixed with a little oil or added to steaming water.

you can put it in a nebulizer and inhale to help the lungs.

you can get it in spray form - oregaspray - and use as mouthwash, and swallow to help clear the tongue/throat. one spitz will do ya.

cn be used topically on skin and diluted for wounds. one of the most potent antibiotics around.

I use a high cost oregano and put two or three drops under my tong, burns but have not been really sick in years.
