How do legitimate firefighters get their cherry picker too close to a power line? And guys die because of it. I have my own suspicions

How do legitimate firefighters get their cherry picker too close to a power line? Someone forgot to have an "awareness" campaign regarding overhead power lines!

When I read the story, it said that the cherry picker didn’t actually come in contact with the power lines, but were in the area of the force field, or something like that, that these power lines produced. That is what caused the accident. But it was a stupid thing to do anyway.
