There are no compassionate dentists because they’re too booked - only private insurance and cash - to deal with what other doctors have to. You can pretty much consider dentistry like plastic surgery.

I have found a good dentist.
He was pretty fairly horrified by what my previous dentist did.
He was also fascinated with her filling technique.
I needed a root canal done on one of the teeth she drilled the nerve on.
It abscessed, puffed my face up, and was a royal pain to deal with.
After the root canal, I had a dimple in my upper jaw plate just under my left nostril where the one incisor has a root base.
That was where the actual access had been.
My current dentist is suspicious of all the other filling and work that lady did.
