Wouldn’t that tend to affect only the dominant arm? I have never been any kind of switch hitter but my arms are about equal. I have always had to go the gym to find a weight heavy enough to stimulate any muscle growth anyway. Don’t have anything that big just hanging around handy within easy reach.Oh come on.
