I miss the rule of law. It's not compatible with Obama's world, so I don't expect it to return in the next 28 months.

A grand jury is a very good thing for innocent people. It is always said, “A prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich”, but not always true. The accused gets to address the grand jury directly without the filter of attorneys. Been there.
