It pretty fitting for these twisted effers considering that they intended to deliver that hell to others. read acounts of the soldiers from the second battle of Ypres to see how horrible chlorine gas is. It’s the most rudimentary chemical weapon but it is extremely effective against unprepared civilians and its effects on the eyes, lungs, skin, and mucous membranes are hideous.

As I noted before, there is a big difference between having a missile, ship, fighter jet, tank, etc, and being able to use it. Certainly, these weapons in the hands of incompetents is problematic as is the off chance of finding someone among their ranks who has some inkling of how to use these things.
