Chicago's newest selective enrollment high school will not be named after President Barack Obama, as Mayor Rahm Emanuel had announced with much fanfare when unveiling the high profile school project..
In a statement this morning, Emanuel said he would look for other possible names.

How about “The Big House” and refer to the students as inmates.......they oughta fit right in!!!
I would never interview someone with “Barack Obama High School” on the resume. It is a question of culture and values. Anyone who thinks Obama is worthy of admiration or was taught from a young age by people with those beliefs is someone I do not want near me, not even in a professional environment. I don’t like parasites. I don’t like those who search for frivolous lawsuit opportunities. I don’t like demanding people who feel entitled. As the employer (until I retired), I could indulge those personal preferences, and I avoided hiring obvious losers.
