$30 Million Bounty Offered for MH17 Attackers as Ukraine Turmoil Continues
Vicenews ^ | Sept 17, 2014 | Olivia Crellin

A German company is offering a $30 million bounty for the identities of the individuals responsible for downing Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 in eastern Ukraine this summer.

Pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine are suspected of firing surface-to-air missiles at the civilian aircraft, which crashed July 17 while flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, killing all 298 people on board. A preliminary report carried out by Dutch investigators said that the crash was the result of structural damage caused by a large number of high-energy objects that struck the Boeing plane from the outside.

Wifka, an independent German fraud investigation company, said that the money — provided by an anonymous client — will not be given away lightly. The reward will only be delivered to someone able to give detailed information on who shot down MH17, who gave the order to shoot down the plane, and who is covering up their tracks, according to Wifka.

"After the terrible assassination or 'accident,' all political parties, at home and abroad, said they owed it to the victims, their families and the public to clarify the circumstances of the crash and present evidence for what happened," the company said in a statement. "None of this has yet been done."

The list of requirements for the reward also includes information on whether the plane was shot by accident or out of political, economic, or military motivation. The company is also seeking details of the circumstances that led to the incident, the weapon used, and what happened to the people involved.

"The money is securely deposited in Zurich, Switzerland," Wifka said. "It will be paid there or in a different neutral place of the whistle-blower's choice."

The company added that their client has also offered to give the tipster a new identity if necessary.

The Russian who did this will rat out by other Russian fighting over who can collect the fastest.

Now to see who in the know in Kremlin, FSB, Russian military has the evidence Putin ordered this.

The launcher (with only it’s acquisition radar) did not have the full accompaniment (the full-radar vehicle), nor the command vehicle. Basically a tracked vehicle, with short-range walkie-talky capability, and maybe a cellphone. There was no Putin-to-General X-to-push button dude contact.

The guy in the launch vehicle? He’s six-feet-under already. His usefulness ended around forty-eight hours after the plane came down.

All of this leads back to a half-baked Russian strategy, with no real end point that you can envision....except to aggravate the EU, and counter-point the weak US capability. The last time I checked...there’s no court to fix stupid decisions by Putin.

Heh, not to give undue credit to Rush Limbaugh, as others have thought of it too, but this is much like the Limbaugh Theorem: Ie., Putin (or Obama) doesn’t have to personally tell his minions (IRS employees, for example) to harass or attack opponents (conservatives). Instead, he picks those who do it because it is in their nature. In both cases, though, the strategies are, as you point out, “half baked”, the processes are out of control, and they blow up often. The difference is that I’m sure Putin did not actually want to blow up a commercial airliner (it’s bad press), and he normally does maintain better control, because usually he does not need or desire this degree of deniability.

So you can just push a button to fire one of these missiles? You seem like a smart guy. Maybe you can answer some of these questions. 10 more questions Russian military pose to Ukraine, US over MH17 crash.

We already know who ordered the shooting down of a passenger plane.

No one did.

Only a real idiot would think anyone did.
What motive? What benefit? None.

The idea that anyone there intentionally shot down a passenger plane is absurd. It obviously was a misidentification, an accident.

Same as when the Ukraine army shot down a passenger plane in 2001, same as when the USA shot down a passenger plane in 1998.

The fact is that it defied common sense to fly a passenger plane right over the middle of a tiny warzone where multiple military planes had recently been shot down.
If you want to look for blame, whoever sent it over that path would share in it.
The pilot, the airline, the air traffic controllers, and the country for raising the flight ceiling instead of simply diverting traffic around the small war zone.

“Also, Russian monitoring systems registered that there was a Ukrainian Air Force jet, probably Su-25, climbing and approaching the Malaysian Boeing.” “The Su-25 was 3-5 km away from the Malaysian plane. Su-25 is capable of climbing to the altitude of 10,000 meters for a short period of time. Its standard armament includes R60 air-to-air missiles, which are capable of locking and hitting targets from 12 km and which are guaranteed to hit the target from the distance of 5 km.”

Who are you quoting? Was it McGruff’s deleted comment. I do wish Admin Moderator hadn’t deleted that one. I would use that post as an example to show that besides Putin propagandists there are also useful idiots posting here, who are far from the propaganda source and still keep posting the 30mm autocannon conspiracy even when Kremlin wishes all would forget they created it.

Original response from Russians was the Ukrainians tried to shoot down Putin’s plane and hit MH-17 instead. No one bought it, and the evidence showed Russian military had command of that missile unit. Putin had that plane shot down and there are people who know that and 30 mil is a big temptation.

“Putin had that plane shot down”

It’s a good thing you saw him order it firsthand, because otherwise people might think you are totally delusional and insist it is true only because you want to believe it.

So why did he order a Malaysian passenger plane to be shot down?
How did it benefit him?

I'm sorry I missed it, too. What was it this time: Larouche, Infowars, some random blogger ranting about Zionists and bankers?

Was KAL 007 flight being shot down by Russia an accident in your delusional world too? You don’t have a clue who Putin is and what he is capable of.

Putin has bragged he could have Russia military take 5 European cities in 2 days. Putin wants war. He is either stupid beyond compare or insane, I think he is both. He is serious about rebuilding the Russian empire and defeating Europe.

That Russian BUK missile system did not cross border into Ukraine without Putin’s ok. The Russian rebels would not have a clue how to operate that missile system therefore Russian military personnel had to have shot down MH-17. Russian SBU had command control over that BUK unit, the voice traffic has been released of the report going from the Russians with BUK to SBU in Russia confirming shooting down of plane. Immediately Russia releases the false story about how it was the Ukrainians trying to shoot down Putin’s plane that shot down MH-17, which they dropped a few days later when it was shown it could not have been the Ukrainians and was in fact fired from Russian rebel held territory. BUK unit and personnel disappear back across Russian border. Investigators are kept from crash site and much of the evidence including 80 bodies are removed from crash site and never seen again.

Putin, Russian Military intel, Russian military BUK trained personnel, along with Russian rebel stooges shot down MH-17 and killed 298 people... and you as a useful and useless idiot are helping to spread the propaganda of our enemy that it was a unfortunate accident. Piss on you moron!

Let them check the recordings between Kiev ATC and MH17.

Should we call them "30 million dollar tapes".

Some from the Kiev junta may be tempted.

“Putin has bragged he could have Russia military take 5 European cities in 2 days.”

Isn’t that an ordinary statement of fact?
If a politician in the USA points out that we could blow up the world many times over, (several have) does it mean they want war or are bragging? Not necessarily. But you jump to that conclusion. As is your habit.

“Putin wants war.”

Because your psychic powers tell you so?
Or is the voices in your head?

Maybe the same voices in your head that told you Putin absolutely, for sure, ordered the shooting down of a passenger plane?

The same voices in your head that told you whoever shot down the plane absolutely knew, for sure, that it was a passenger plane and intentionally murdered them all?

The same voices in your head that told you there was no possibility whatsoever that it was a misidentification or accident?

“He is either stupid beyond compare or insane, I think he is both. “

You are projecting.

What motive would Putin have for ordering a passenger plane to be shot down?

Please come up with something vaguely connected with reality instead of telling us what the voices in your head told you must be true again.

When solving any crime, the first question to ask is “Cui Bono” — who benefits? How did shooting a full passenger plane benefit Putin?

Did your thug Russian "rebel" buddies send you any jewelry they looted from the MH17 dead?

Or was the passengers deaths' reward enough for you.

Let them check the recordings between Kiev ATC and MH17.

Uh, they did. And the (so far, preliminary) investigation found no military aircraft in the vicinity. But the Russians continue to vomit their "theory" on this forum.

Dude. It was an accident.

Alternatively, what motive would Putin have to supply weapons to shoot down Ukrainian aircraft? Can you think of at least one?
