What is a “homophobic sermon?”

Telling gay individuals they were going to hell, in addition to telling students who identified as Christians they too were headed “straight to hell” for living a life of sin?

Is the truth “hateful rhetoric?”

It would be hateful NOT to warn these kids.

Reminded me of a sermon on prophecy I once heard. One aspect of prophecy is the message “if you keep doing what you are doing, something bad is going to happen to you.” In that respect, we could all prophecy more. But like old testament prophets, they aren’t gong to like you (and they aren’t going to listen either)
