Ghadaffi in a public speech not long before the election referred to the Muslim world getting Obama elected through their “lawful donations”. We do know that Obama’s campaign deactivated the verification process for accepting credit donations (much like they disabled the verification process for eligibility...) but lawful donations could also include the run on the bank.
