Yes, we armed the Iraqi Army and subsequently armed the ISIS. When the Iraqi’s actually saw what the ISIS did to the Iraqi Army members they dropped their weapons and rolled out into the country side blending into the population leaving billions in weapons and cash to the ISIS.
