Lets assume for a second that we have a prisoner, convicted of releasing classified information.

Wouldn’t said person be denied the ability to publish articles and op-eds, where he could possibly spread more classified information?

That was in the old army, back in the bad pre-0bama days when armies were used for bad things like fighting and winning wars. Today, armies are social service organizations established to fund and facilitate transgender lifestyles. Clearly, this freedom to opine is part of dear Chelsea's gender reassignment rehabilitation and reintegration.
