He was convicted in 2006. IMHO he should have been plant food by now.
That’s the trouble with Pennsylvania. There is a death penalty, but with a slew of appeals, the condemned can live to a ripe old age and die from natural causes. And of course, prisoners get good medical care, paid for by the taxpayers
There should only be so many appeals and the process should be completed in a month. Then if unsuccessful, the convicted should get the needle.
This worthless POS needs his date with Mr. Needle sooner rather than later.
I am afraid Pennsylvania is going to run into the same roadblock that other states have. Pharma companies that will no longer sell them the execution drugs.
Then we’re off on ten more years of court battles over whether or not the substitutes are “safe and effective”.
