Depends. How many more al-Qaeda generals do we have to give away? Quite a few I think. If the terrorists can get 5 generals for one enlisted deserter, imagine how many they can get for a UASF Colonel, or a USN Commander. 20 or more? Maybe this is how the Obungler plans to close Gitmo, simply by trading the terrorists, until there aren't any left.
