The rarely-seen Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68), which has been sending children to emergency rooms in several mid-western states, has now made its way to the East Coast, as confirmed cases in Connecticut and New York have been reported in the last few days. Though the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has yet to make it official, several other states along the eastern seaboard are reporting outbreaks of the virus as well.

The point of the article is that the amnesty kids from central America are spreading a flu in American schools for which there is no vaccination.

Can somebody please explain the difference between EV-D68 and the common cold, IF ANY. There was a big rush in local (Colorado) Urgent Care clinics a few weeks ago with kids presenting with symptoms of the common cold. I am inclined to think this is a case of media hyping the normal back-to-school spread of the common cold.

It is a lot more serious because it starts with cold symptoms and induces asthma-like symptoms, difficulty breathing, etc.
If the patient already has asthma, it could be deadly.
That's probably not really a joke. With the suppression of information from the ICE processing facilities and the secret dispersal of the illegals all over the US, a public pronouncement that the illegals are the vectors would probably bring down the enforcement goons of the Regime.
