I don’t see the comparison. If he ran Ford, he could close the Mercury brand, What states would he eliminate as President? What about running Ford qualifies him to be Commander in Chief?

I’m not trying to be argumentative but I simply don’t see how pleasing stockholders qualifies him to be president; he’s welcome to run but I’d much rather vote for a Governor

If you don't see similarities on how Ford was as messed up as is all things Disney Land on the Potomac, then I owe you a big steak dinner. It is a good read, and if you do read it you will see Ford was in deep trouble. GM trouble was worse, but Mulally changed the culture, GM did not. Mulally changed things kind of like Reagan did, he went back to an American Culture, not Carters. Maybe we need someone who will change the culture to quietly undo "the Fundamental Tranformation"...
