Is welfare included as part of income?
I am wondering if these groups are actually receiving more because of welfare benefits.

That was my first thought as well. I’m not sure if they receive more (fill in the blank) in benefits, but that ‘free’ $hit will certainly keep many of them on the plantation and voting democrat.
