I had just finished college, and all through my education from third grade through college, Blacks were indistinguishable from everyone else.

No attitude, no pants dragging on the ground, and no rap music. No constant hostility and extreme sense of entitlement, either.

Why didn't that moronic recommendation in 1967 fail?

lots of leftist agitators during the 60’s...city riots by Negros were not the only riots happening. Burn baby Burn was yelled by all the commie peace-niks . Those agitators are now the ones teaching at the colleges and running the government..It wasn't the black community burning college buildings, or riots on campus's or building bombs like Obama's friend Ayers did. Lets not just remember one aspect of the 60's...
