FWIW, there's a lefty site claiming that the photo is at least as old as 2009, and therefore not of Stevens in 2012

I doubt the photo had anything to do with Bagram either (I think it's even older/clean-shaven uniformed torturers). For now I'm leaving it as "Unproven/False"
