The abortion providers seek statistics like what percentage of abortion is due to rape, poverty, incest, birth control failure.
To say “because I don’t want a girl” is an answer to the “why”? they ask.
So here’s how things will work under this law:

“thats illegal”
“then because I can’t afford a baby at this time”
“well thats okay then”
