I’m afraid she is. Who, so far, on our side, has displayed an interest to run?
Jeb Bush — Blech! Stay out da Bushes!
Romney? — Where’s my picture of “Oh No! Not this shit again!?”
Christie - Not going to happen.
Cruz — I’d like, but I think he’ll wait and build a movement.
Rand Paul — Ron Paul JUNIOR
Marco Rubio - Mr. Amnesty?
Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain? Has beens and election failures.
Sarah Palin - Man, I’d love it but I’m not sure she wants it.
Add any name you’d like, but our list is not prime time. Somebody needs to make a move, do it fast, and get something steamrolling NOW!
Rick Perry?
Ben Carson?
Some TBA?
Way too early to think of our candidates. We take care of what is in front of us now and that is winning the elections in our districts and states. That is how we win later.
Governor types are not on your list. If Scott Walker can win again amongst those Wisconsin crazies, he'll remain at the top of my list.
Jeff Sessions would be qualified and a proven conservative. Never happen
I might add Newt to that list as well.By the way few are 100% conservatives so we need to jump that hurdle ASAP.
Gov Kasich decried and ran against Obamacare. Not long after he became governor, he was one of the first GOP governors to jump on the Medicaid Expansion grants under — {drum roll} — Obamacare.
Portman is still waiting for his wife to give him persmission.
Carson - Cain 2. Some ads I have heard claim he is the only one who can defeat Hillary. How do they know? He has never held an elective office. And he is rather mushy on some topics, such as the right to bear arms.

The GOP has a lot of known-names for the news-geeks, but they are in short supply of true statesmen.
