Farage is only what the UK would call a conservative, he’s for homosexual marriage, etc., for heaven’s sake. In the USA we would be a run of the mill Sodom and Gomorrah libertarian.
Nigel Farage criticised Cameron for pushing for it because he knew it would make gay activists put religious people under pressure to accept it on pain of civil/criminal proceedings against them.
