Black Hills wants to increase utility rates by 4 percent starting next year to make up for the construction cost of a BIRD KILLING farm in Huerfano County.

You don't seem to understand that birds that pray, like eagles, hawks, condors, and falcons are a menace to cute little rodents like bunnies, mice, and rats. Birds that pray are also illegally using the country's airspace without communicating with government paid air traffic controllers. They don't have mandatory air traffic avoidance systems installed and sometimes collide not only with other aircraft but also valuable wind and solar power generating equipment. Yes birds that pray are a menace to our society and must be eliminated.
