Bush tried to get Putin to join him in the WOT and Putin wouldn't do it.

Instead Putin enriches the uranium of Islamic Iran, he criticizes Israel when Israel tries to defend itself from Hamas and he sends Muslim Chechens to invade and kill Christians in Ukraine and Georgia.
