Drones should be outlawed period. Citizens should be allowed to shoot them down (OK, maybe not).

The government should be restricted from using them over U.S. soil without a warrant.

Perhaps so...but at *this* moment I'm more concerned with the spread of 30 million illegals...at least a few of whom very probably entered via Mexico but don't speak a word of Spanish.

I am less concerned about a private citizen (who has limited funds and is personally responsible for any illegal activities) than I am about a government agent (who has virtually unlimited funds and will not suffer any legal repercussions for their actions).

Lets start with restricting what the government can observe/record and what they can do with the data that they collect.
