When Jimmy Carter started the federal Dept of Educution in 1978, he did more damage to the American education system in that one move than had happened in the previous 202 years....
Jimmy Carter had a head full of teeth and little else.
When he left office I would have given you even money his head could have caved in by now.
Folks, those of you who will feel the need to remind me what education the man has, please realize that common sense is needed to utilize what you have learned.
Carter may have had learning smarts, but he had zero common sense smarts.
